Well, I have some friends that are into the raw food diet. I've been looking into some of the information involving it, and I have decided to try and put more raw foods into my diet. I will start by doing the green smoothies for breakfast and lunch, and a normal dinner. If you want to follow along with me I will try and include recipes and my experiences.
